Enough of the PR B__S___, why not talk about how many times you have had to replace the playground equipment or how many apartment owners are behind on their property taxes, some of which are for sale, and the City has invested money in repairs and still have not been paid for and yet no leans have been placed on these properties for either repairs or back taxes. Or let’s talk about expensive cameras that still don’t work. There are at least 4 apartment buildings for sale in Denby Park, is the city buying them; no but they are busy buy property in other parts of town for other projects. When you ask why nothing is being done in the Greater Wards Corner Area the answer you get is “NRHA ownes the other property, of course they don’t tell you the city buys it and HRHA buys it from them.
I have been trying to research the above property.Since these people are business people they no the law pretty good.They can go 5 quarters without paying there taxes before anyhthing is done.HUM.In fact 352 SanAntonio is 3 quarters behind and on june 5th will be 4 quarters in amount of 7,064.44 where the park is.Also 366,369 and 375 SanAntonio that are up for sale are behind also.Since the city is so poor .Maybe they need to change the law.I figure in denby park alone somewhere between 50,000-1000,000.It is public record.Start typing in addresses.Also it is updated daily.Just something to think about.
