The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Cordially Invites the Greater Wards Corner Partnership to a Norfolk City Council Candidates Debate to be held at the beautiful historic Attucks Theater, 1010 Church Street on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. There will be a 5:30 p.m. Candidates Welcome Reception with food and refreshments. The debate will begin at 6:00 p.m. The Candidates from Ward Six are Councilman Barclay Winn and Challenger Jack Stiles. The Candidtes from Ward Seven are Councilwoman Daun Hester and Challenger Dwight “Coach” McDowell. The Moderator will be Cathy Lewis of WHRV Public Radio’s “Hearsay with Cathy Lewis”.
