Please go hard at getting Costco which is looking for a new location. If Kroger moves out along with the WorkForce Development Center that would be a perfect location for a new Costco. Plenty of parking and right off the Interstate. Would be a wonderful addition to the current redevelopment occcuring in the area.

Finally! This is long awaited good news to a good start! Just hope there will be no more new section 8 high denisty structures going up in their place. Such as what happened with the trailer park demo now known as Southwind Apts. Hopefully it will be the proposed ball parks.

This is great news and I absolutely agree with Dawn. If they would spend one tenth of a percent of that $2mil per year on picking up the trash in the their parking lot they would do a huge service to the area. A huge percentage of the trash that drifts around Wards Corner comes from Farm Fresh.
