I recently visited Todd’s mom so she could see her grandchildren. They are the only connection left for her. We made her a shadow box, placing many mementoes Todd collected through out his naval career. She thinks about him often and misses her boy. Todd would have been 43 this month, she never thought she would have to bury her child first. She is getting older now and has health issues. Her one wish would be to see Todd’s killer put behind bars. If you know anything about this horrific crime, for the benefit of his children and his mother, please call 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. There is a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the man who killed Lt. Michael Cox.

He was one of few people I enjoyed talking to. Not only was he an Enlisted man, Chief Petty Officer and an Officer of the United States Navy. He was one I would called a friend and I just do not say that to many people. His personality was one of the best I have been around. With his presence, you always wanted to do better. God Bless him and his family. He will be surely missed. I am sure the Detectives are going to do their best. With all of this technology around and camera in close proximity, they should have a suspect in custody soon. I pray they do. Justice have to be serve.

I served on board USS Enterprise with him and stood many quarterdeck watches as his petty officer of the watch. I learned that he was a very humble, God fearing man, and a great example who all sailors should follow.
